Our mission is to help retailers make sense of an increasingly complex and noisy grocery market.​​ The complexity started to ramp up after the Great Recession and then really accerlated with Covid. It has turned the already challenging CFO and CMO jobs into something few would want to tackle.

​​​Our team has decades of experience working with grocery executives, focusing on grocery pricing, assortment, loyalty, and strategy consulting. During those years, we saw clients struggle with market complexity and business planning.

As such, we built this tool to allow busy executives to quickly review and answer core questions with clarity and confidence. And to translate those insights and tradeoffs into a financial plan that delivers on both financial and marketing goals.
